The colour is a high garnet-red intensity. In the first instance, the nose has vanilla and concentrated red fruits. A blackberry note dominates on the palate, finished with peppery overtones. to finish there is a spicy aroma, vanilla and pepper persists. in the mouth, the attack is velvety, powerful and gives way to a beautiful round taste in the middle palate. Tannins are present and velvety. The finish is long and persistent. Perfect with red meats and heavier dishes, great with strong cheeses.
